Eligible Returns

  • Khadi Dress Materials & Clothing

    • Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is of a different size than ordered or if the item is damaged/defective at the time of delivery.

  • Other Products (Snacks, Cosmetics, Wellness, etc.)

    • Returns are accepted only if the item is expired, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of issue (clear photo/video) must be shared with our support team before initiating the return.

  • Opened, partially used, or altered products will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased on clearance or marked as non-returnable.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
